Some of my favorite places in upstate New York! Some of my cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents live on Lake Champlain near Willsboro, NY and Saratoga Springs, NY! Last summer I had a great privilege to live with some crazy cousins and their wonderful two girls for about 7 weeks – and this summer I will be going for two and a half weeks before I go to Ghana, Africa. Can’t wait to spend that great time with them before leaving the country for 3 weeks! The Lord’s hand is in every part of the planning for this summer! All of the dates are falling together, and the Lord is continously providing a way for me to get there and a place to stay!

Big, BIG day!
Today, I bought my first digital SLR! It should be coming in the mail soon, and I am so excited!! I have a sincere passion for capturing God’s creations – people and nature – and
can’t wait to use it to take pictures of everything and everyone I see!!
I have really been blessed today to rekindle an amazing friendship with my dear friend, and photography partner, Laura! We got to walk all over campus and take pictures of beautiful leaves and flowers covered in snow! (She has the same camera that I bought today – so I tested it out! Thanks, love!) We got to have great conversation about so many different topics, and I am so thankful for this HUGE answer to prayer!
I have been praying for more female, Christian friends at State for awhile now that have the same interests as me and have the same hobbies with photography, outdoors, the Lord, bible study, similar passions and so much more – so it’s just so excitin’!
Also, today I got to spend some great time with my good friends CassieBeth and Jenna! I got to really process a lot externally with Cassie Beth and and so thankful for her heart and ability to see through to see all of me I also got to hang with Jenna and talk about exciting stuff going on in the future
