When you think about your grandparents, or great grandparents, most likely some really distinctive memories you have of them are captured in a photo. An old black and white of your grandpa leaning on a plow overlooking his field, or your grandma rocking her first grandbaby to sleep, or your mom and dad in their wedding attire saying, “I do.” I take pictures because I want those moments of joy and laughter and memories to last forever. So, why invest in portraits? Because it is a beautiful way to document and showcase your love at this moment in time, and to let those portraits tell a story for your generation and the many generations to follow to hear about.
